We must have known from the start that this ¾ Accoyo, dark fawn male was going to be “mighty fine!” Finnegan is an outstanding young male with great bone structure and conformation, and dense, very fine crimpy fiber. It is a pleasure to open up his fiber to see the consistency of character and brightness in his fleece. Finnegan has a good bite and nice straight legs, as well. With his mother’s sweet, easy going disposition, he is very easy to approach, handle and lead. Finnegan has all of the attributes that we look for in a future herdsire. Maidens and Moms alike may be lining up for his attention in the summer of 2009!

Finnegan’s full accoyo sire, PRA Armando, is a PPPeruvian Allin Capac son. On his dam’s side, Finnegan’s lineage includes Snowmass Incaaccoyo Star and Peruvian Snowmaster. Finnegan has a pedigree of well-recognized award-winning ancestors who are known for passing their quality on to the next generation, and he is no exception. It is exciting to think of the qualities that he will bring to our breeding program in the coming years. Consider the outstanding genetics that Mighty Fine Finnegan has to offer for your breeding program.

July 2010 Update

Finnegan's first offspring has arrived, and he is spectacular!  Olivia delivered a dark fawn male who we named Beekman.  This guy is curly, dense and very promising.  More to come.......  Chickadee has been born to Ginger and Finnegan.  She is sweet, soft and full of promise.

Summer, 2011 Update

Finnegan continues to put dynamite crias on the ground!  Power Surge and Sunrise Salutation look to have their sire' s fine and crimpy fiber, in shiny abundance. Please look for them on our Crias page.  These crias are very impressive!
